Percussions When Franklin shows out his dreads, the Yoruba songs start following the Bata drums. The three batas are double sided percussion used in the Yoruba religion ceremonies. Ex percussionist of Edesio Alejandro's group, Franklin is a master of Batas. He gives to the Sin Palabras sound this talking drums ingression, and leads the techno music in the traces of the afro-Cuban beat. |
